閥芯閥套結(jié)構(gòu)特征

閥芯、閥套都用440c不銹鋼制成，經(jīng)精密加工，達(dá)到高精度配合公差，間隙僅1μm。由于是配對(duì)研磨拋光組件，故它們沒(méi)有互換性，必須成套供應(yīng)。當(dāng)氣流經(jīng)閥套上小孔進(jìn)入，在閥芯、閥套間微小間隙中形成一空氣薄膜，閥芯在閥套中自動(dòng)對(duì)中。當(dāng)閥芯在這種空氣軸承上運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，像懸浮在空氣分子場(chǎng)中一樣，*沒(méi)有金屬間的接觸。這種空氣懸浮結(jié)構(gòu)帶來(lái)了如下好處：

（1）芯套間的精密配合形成密封。*摒棄了蘊(yùn)含許多故障因素的“○"形圈動(dòng)態(tài)密封。
（2）這是一種理論上無(wú)磨損的長(zhǎng)壽命結(jié)構(gòu)。
（3）空氣軸承允許閥工作在經(jīng)一定過(guò)濾得*無(wú)潤(rùn)滑場(chǎng)合。與其它號(hào)稱無(wú)油潤(rùn)滑元件相比（實(shí)際上裝配時(shí)已涂上一層不易揮發(fā)的潤(rùn)滑脂），這是一種真正意義上的無(wú)油潤(rùn)滑。
（4）移動(dòng)閥芯啟動(dòng)力極小且操作力恒定，這是制造高質(zhì)量直動(dòng)閥的要條件。它可不依賴先導(dǎo)壓力使直動(dòng)閥工作在真空到21bar（甚35bar）場(chǎng)合。
（5）芯套相同材質(zhì)，熱膨脹系數(shù)*一樣，在高溫下也能確保空氣軸承的存在。
